How to help Ukraine

The first week of the War was absolutely paralyzing. The second and third week was in a way easier for me because we got many things to do – picking up relatives refugees from another country, continue making countless donations, attending demonstrations and most of the day being in touch with a number of friends who needed help or advice, organizing deliveries to the blocked city where my parents live through friends of friends of friends, through incredibly brave people who continue seeking entrances in blocked and bombed cities, like the one where my family lives, in order to deliver at least something.
When you find yourself in a shocking and desperate situation, just keep moving, just find anything you can do to keep yourself busy and stick to it.

I am deeply grateful to everyone who is willing to help Ukraine, who understand the importance of the cause, or simply has a human compassion to those who suffer.

Here is a great website with a collection of ways how you may help, from signing current petitions and/or making a donation, up to joining the UA troops or IT army.

Here are a few other links for a quick donation in a couple of clicks via card or PayPal:

Support UA army directly (card)

Support Ukrainian Government via a special account for a humanitarian cause(card)

Two most reputable Crowdfunding Funds in Ukraine:

A Humanitarian Fund Razom For Ukraine(paypal or card)

A Fund that helps army with ammunition and equipment “SaveLife” (card)

If you prefer to donate to western companies that assist Ukraine, here are a few links. However I have no data on how efficient are they. For example I am not sharing here links to the Red Cross, because their reputation and efficiency in Ukraine are seriously questioned now.

Caritas Ukraine, help to the civilians in the conflict areas (card)

Emergency Humanitarian Fund Libereco Org in a partnership with the Ukrainian Fund Vostok Sos Ukraine (card)

Malteser International, evacuation assistance. (Make sure you have selected “Ukraine”) (card)
